1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order for institutional bulk pricing is 25 pieces per design. Single pieces can be purchased directly through our website catalog.
2. Do you provide samples before bulk ordering?
Yes! We send physical sample pieces for school boards, HR heads, and management to inspect fabric quality and stitching before placing a full bulk order.
3. What is the delivery timeline?
Stock orders dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. Custom embroidered bulk orders take 7 to 10 business days.
